At the Anh Duong Apartment Complex project, Phan Vu applies the Pre-boring Basic Method, utilizing high-strength Pre-tensioned Spun Concrete Piles (PHC) with a diameter of D600. This solution is tailored to the site’s specific geotechnical conditions and meets the highest standards in terms of technical quality, construction safety, and project timeline - as required by the Client.
Notably, this May marks the 15th anniversary of strategic partnership between Phan Vu and Japan Pile (2010–2025), a leading Japanese foundation engineering group that has transferred advanced Pre-boring technologies such as BASIC and Hyper-MGA to Phan Vu. The implementation of the Basic pre-boring method at the Anh Duong project carries special significance, as it coincides with this milestone of partnership and technological collaboration.
The 15th Anniversary Celebration of the Phan Vu – Japan Pile partnership will officially take place on May 27, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City.
