Immediately following the ceremony commemorating the 15-year partnership between Phan Vũ Group and Japan Pile, the joint delegation of both parties promptly commenced a working session focused on experience sharing and discussions to shape the direction of their next phase of collaboration. The session was co-chaired by Mr. Võ Hồng Quân – Deputy CEO of Phan Vũ Group, and Mr. Masahiko Okoshi – Director of Japan Pile / AP Holding.

The first destination in this business trip was Phan Vũ Đồng Nai Factory, a key manufacturing facility specializing in large-diameter spun piles (ranging from D1000 to D1200) and PHC Nudolar piles, serving the advanced Hyper-MEGA boring technology. The plant is also one of the top-performing units within the Phan Vũ Group, clearly showcasing the Group's production capabilities and technological innovations in recent years.

Following the site visit was an open and warm exchange of ideas and proposals between the two teams. Practical insights were shared across various areas — from solution-based sales strategies and enhancing production and construction quality and efficiency, to the application of intelligent software systems in supply chain management and workforce training. Each topic was discussed at the proposal level, laying a solid foundation for thorough evaluation and potential implementation in the near future.

Notably, both sides agreed that after 15 years of collaboration, Phan Vũ and Japan Pile are not only strategic partners but also trusted companions who deeply understand and connect with each other both culturally and professionally. The continued development of this partnership goes beyond business—it represents a shared commitment to long-term, sustainable growth.

All proposals discussed during the session will undergo further review and in-depth discussion by both parties to identify the most suitable directions, aiming to deliver practical and impactful outcomes in the next chapter of cooperation
