To the aim of increasing the use of green, energy-saving and environmentally friendly materials, Vietnam Concrete Association (VCA) organized a scientific conference on the development of unheated materials and structures - Current situation and solution in September 27th, 2019 at GEM Center Ho Chi Minh City.
Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Van Bac - Director of Department of Construction Materials, Ministry of Construction; Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh - Director of Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Le Trung Thanh - Chairman of VCA; Mr. Phan Khac Long - Vice Chairman of Viet nam Concrete Association and many Department leaders from other provinces and over 100 representatives of businesses attended.
