Accordingly, Mr. Ha Thanh Man is officially new Director of Phan Vu Infrastructure Company as well as Senior Infrastructure Officer of Phan Vu Investment.

Prior to taking charge of Director of Phan Vu Infrastructure Company, the specialist born in 1964, Mr. Ha Thanh Man had many years of experience in infrastructure and held many important positions in his previous companies.
